Rooms are set up in apartment like units that foster the family unit environment that is characteristic of all Adowa properties. Each unit constitutes of a combination of single & double room, rnaging from 8 – 10 students per apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a four plate electric stove. Students are given individual lockers for cupboard space, allowing for secure storage.
Each bedroom has sufficient cupboard space for each student, a desk and chair for studying and an electric wall heater. Double rooms have a middle partition that gives each student privacy without isolating the roommates from each other.
